COMPETITIVE DIVERS ONLY... Enter current OPTIONALS (use dive numbers if you know them) that you have competed... and YES, you may enter multiple dives in each group.  If you have never competed anything in a listed group or don't know what it is, please list "N/A" in that group, and be sure to enter at least one dive or N/A in all 6 fields.  3M experience is NOT a requirement before you start with the Competitive Group, but 3M is a daily requirement at competitive practices.  Don't worry, you will learn at your own pace... and you'll be surprised what you have learned by the end of Summer 2010.

Please remember, your spot will not be guaranteed until RSVP Deposit* is received at Sagebrush Diving for each diver registration, AND

you receive an E-mail confirmation (which will include USA Diving Membership ID) from Sagebrush Diving for each diver you register. 

Once each diver registration is confirmed via E-mail (complete with a USA Diving membership ID), the RSVP Deposit is non-refundable.

Your RSVP Deposit will NOT be processed if you are put on a waiting list, and will be held until one of the following conditions are met:

(1) your diver is successfully placed in a different group with your approval, upon which your RSVP Deposit WILL be processed immediately upon approval;

(2) it is clear we are unable to place your diver in an acceptable group, upon which your RSVP Deposit will be returned to you or destroyed.

  Please note, if you are signing up multiple children from the same family, each additional child earns you 10% off your combined Summer FEES cost.
