Taught by AAU Member Coaches that are also U.S.A. Diving Safety Certified Coaches, U.S.A. Diving Level I and II Spotting certified, and DIVE SAFE Certified (bronze, silver and gold level), Sagebrush Diving coaches will teach divers of all ages (6 years and up) and all levels proper diving mechanics in a safe progression.
DEVELOPMENTAL TEAM: Beginner/Intermediate/Novice/High School divers must attend at least two hours per week during each monthly session (see days and times). Developmental divers have the option to attend two days for one hour each night up to four days for up to 8 hours each week. Divers have a flexible offering of days and times to learn, based on their busy schedules (and their parents'), and our goal is to have six or less beginners per coach throughout the year. Developmental divers will be asked (optional) to attend monthly exhibition diving events, usually on a Friday from 4p to 6p. Cost of the exhibition is $10 for Sagebrush members. Registered divers of other AAU clubs will also be welcome ($12.50 for non-members). Results of all exhibition events will be posted on the website. Dates of the exhibition events will be posted on the website.
COMPETITIVE and SUPPLEMENTAL TEAM: By invitation only, COMPETITIVE team members have a menu of 9 different practice sessions (see days and times). Divers must pre-pay on their 1st practice day of the respective month using the rates listed below. COMPETITIVE divers are more advanced in skills (must have a FINA Junior list of dives on 1M; must show a willingness to learn a list of dives on 3M, and compete in any meets that are scheduled). COMPETITIVE divers must display a willingness to compete, dedication to train, and focus on continuous improvement on both 1-meter and 3-meter diving boards, with the option to train on 5-meter/10-meter platform.

* If an athlete is not a current registered member of AAU Diving in good standing, CLICK HERE FOR AAU Diving membership (REQUIRED). No exceptions. Memberships are $14 for Junior Added Benefit Membership.
** Supplemental Club Training is for athletes that are already affiliated with another USA Diving or AAU Diving Club, and continue to actively train with their original coach and club. Divers may not change affiliation to Sagebrush Diving. For all competitions, athletes must list their original club as their team affiliation (or may register "unattached"). This membership allows divers to achieve that "next-level" training, while maintaining their original social and competitive affiliations. Supplemental Club athletes are eligible for active team member rates for private or semi-private lessons after training continuously for over one month. A contract that outlines the objectives and goals that the athlete is trying to achieve with the supplemental arrangement requires the signatures of the diver, parents, original club coach, and one of the Sagebrush Diving coaches. Supplemental Club athletes must maintain an active AAU membership to be allowed this option, regardless of the NGB affiliation that their original club is attached to.
