Swam and Dove at Columbus East HS (IN), qualified Indiana State Championships in swimming and diving.
Coached Columbus East High School Diving (1985-1986).
Swam and MOSTLY dove at Ball State University (1986-1989). Qualified for NCAA Zones Diving in 1988.
Dove at 2009 USA Masters Diving Nationals in Tucson, AZ. Teamed with Rick Williamson to win Men's Synchro USA Masters National Title.
Swam at the 1999 COMSA State Championships.

Coached Cardinal Swimming and Diving Camps (Summers 1987 & 1988 with Coaches Bob Thomas and Laura Siebold-Caudill).
Coached at Ball State University (1990-1992) as graduate assistant diving coach with John Wingfield.
USAFA Diving Camp Instructor in 2001 and 2004.
Coached D.U. Diving under Jim Bain for one season (2002/03). Women's diving squad scored more team points at Sun Belt Conference in DU diving team's history.
Head Diving Coach at Metro State 2004-2007. Kenny Rhoades finished 2007 NCAA National Runnerup on 3M, 6th on 1M (2 X All-American his freshman year).
Asst Swimming Coach at Metro State 2005-07 (2 swimmers achieved NCAA Div II "B" Cuts in 2006-07 season, Jake Haffner/Kathy Lind, Winthrop Dyer Head Coach)
Coached at CU Boulder first part of the 2005 season before being rehired at Metro State.
Head Diving Coach at Colorado School of Mines July 2007-April 2010 (3 divers qualified to NCAA Nationals in Missouri during first season in 2008, one had no previous diving experience; in 2009, Chris Moore qualified to Nationals, but injury prevented; 2010, Sarah Moore 5th and 15th on 3M and 1M at NCAA's, Jesse Dennis 14th on 1M, both NCAA All-American)

Was Team Manager for Metro State and Colorado School of Mines, keeping all best times reports, records, managing all home meets, supplying timely results to SID at respective school.
Club Coaching Experience
Owner and Head Coach of Sagebrush Diving (USAD, RMDA, and AAU year-round diving team in Arvada) since July 1997.
Club divers have gone on to qualify for NCAA scholarships, USA Diving Jr/Sr Natl Finals, U.S. Open and American Cup Finals, AAU Natl Finals, NCAA Div I, II, and III Natls, NAIA Natls and ASA Club Natls.
Junior National Team finished tied for 18th in the team race at 2003 West Nationals in Pasadena.
Community Swimming & Diving Efforts
Training and Education Director for USA Diving Region VI (CO/WY/NE/ND/SD/MN) since 2000.
Has been the AAU Sport Director for Colorado since the sport was reinstated in 2005.
Led fundraising efforts for North Jeffco P&R District, led all efforts to completely rebuild the diving facilities at George Meyers Pool in Arvada, making it
THE best public diving facility in the State of Colorado at the time, before handing it over to the current team that trains there.
USAD Region VI Meet Director 4 of 5 held in the past 12 years in Colorado.
AAU District Championships Meet Director 3 of the 5 Summers it has been held in Colorado AAU
RMAC Swimming and Diving meet director for 2008 (just before RMAC started back up officially) and in 2010
Managed the RMAC Top 20 for the first two years (2008-09, 2009-10)
Presented keynote workshops for the 2003-2007 CHSAA Swimming Coaches Symposium for HS Diving Coaches.
