Sagebrush Developmental is the DIVE SAFE lessons program, designed to allow beginning and intermediate divers to learn the sport of diving in the company of others with similar skill levels.  Divers will progress at their own pace through the levels of DIVE SAFE Bronze, Silver and Gold, and as they advance, they will achieve recognition certificates, and perhaps some day, be invited to join the Sagebrush Competitive Team.   Lessons Registration Form posted HERE

Sagebrush Competitive Team is for the diver that has met all the requirements of FINA Junior Diving for their respective age group on the low board (1-meter), and is willing to train on 3-meter as well.  Sagebrush Competitive Team members train 2 to 6 days/wk.  Competitive divers must be willing to participate in local and regional meets when announced.  Dryland Training is highly recommended for all the competitive divers.   Lessons Registration Form posted HERE

* Fridays are for unlimited members only.  LITE (2 days per week) must have their practices regularly on either M/W or T/Th.  Thank you.

Please be sure to have child present at least 10 minutes beforehand for proper warm-up and stretching.
