THE WEEK OF June 19, 2010

Breauna Achziger:  Bre started with us this week, and quickly learned some great front and back jumps and front lineup on 1M.  Loves the 3M, but still a bit fearful.  Stay tuned...

Hayden Arnold:  Hayden worked on form mostly this week, with a great day getting the tall pops that Coach Kev is always harping about.  Having trouble with the front flip, but is close to getting a back dive on 1M and back fallin on 3M.

Heather Betts:  Heather had a GREAT first week with us.  Got her 201c and 301c just like that!!!  More to come... she's got some serious talent.

Max Hayward:  Max was back and really took some big steps learning his first back fallin and did some great work on his form on all his jumps and hurdles and front fallin on 3M.

Simon Latimer:  Wow.  What a nice surprise... he joined us on Thursday at Metro, and he's got some talent and loves to try new stuff.  Going to be a solid diver (already well on his way).

Cliff Lester:  Did alot of cooking this week, but is starting to work his back dive straight and hoping to get a pike or tuck outta the deal soon.  Stay tuned...

Desi Lester:  Just a natural diver on the diving boards... she's got her back fallin and is working on keeping great form.  More soon...

Duncan Lester:  Got his first inward dive on 1M, and some pretty good tall pops from the side of the pool and on the 1M.

Kayla Lee Lucas:  Kayla had a great week of training and dove VERY well at Region VI Championships held at her old pool, Meyers Pool in Arvada. More about her performance soon.

Trevor McCall:  Started with us after a couple weeks in Nicaragua learning Spanish.  Muy Mucho... he's gonna be a much better diver after the Summer.

Quinn McCulley:  Quinn has her front fallin already on 1M, and jumped from the 3M with a little fear, but had a great week trying new things.

Erika Petroy:  Incredible back hollows and is working on timing that Coach kev is teaching.

Callie Smith:  REALLY worked on form and technique... she even tried her first back fallin on 3M... will be much better at those soon.  !!!

Kelty Tobin:  First two weeks in Nicaragua learning Spanish... Muy Muchos!!!  Good to have him on the boards.  Learned a 201c and got his 5132d a little better than before.
