THE WEEK OF June 25, 2010

Hayden Arnold:  Hayden had a GREAT week of training.  Learned to keep his legs together on lineups, learned a front dive tuck, back dive straight, and even an inward dive on 1-meter.  He even took that new dive up to the high board!!!  Wow... kid's got guts!!!  What's next for this little guy?  Stay tuned.

Duncan Lester:  Duncan cleaned up his form on his new skills, and learned a basic back dive straight this week.  His approach and jump skills continue to improve... starting to gain serious confidence.

Cliff Lester:  Cliff is still close to learning a front one-and-a-half tuck, and he has a pretty solid back dive straight, and inward dive tuck on both 1M and 3M.  He also achieved his first 002d (back line up on 3M).  Good week for this guy...

Kayla Lee Lucas:  Kayla learned/relearned a couple dives this week, and used those two dives (5132d/5223d) to win double GOLD at the AAU District Championships today at Metro State.  I have a feeling things are going to move fast for this gal.

Quinn McCulley:  Now, Quinn is starting to dial in with form, mechanics, she got her first front fallin with a handspot, and a front and back jump.  Watch out... she's on her way!!!

Callie Smith:  Hey!!!  Callie has been diving two weeks now, and she's already gotten a competition in... she competed in the AAU District meet in the Novice Girls 12/13 1M event and earned a silver medal!!!  Woot woot!!!

Kaylie Young:   Kaylie is on the verge of learning 103c, 002d-3M, 401c... just gotta pull the trigger.  Stay tuned... she's got some serious natural ability.
