THE WEEK OF March 17, 2003

Updates:  Fun week.  Bryce finally nailed his 107c to add to his list on 3M, and ripped a 5132d with one of the best entries I've seen in recent months on 1M.  Tyler has a solid list on both boards now, which is a great accomplishment... an accomplishment he will build on after Regionals.  Phil is doing great but has been missing in action for most of the week.  Erin is putting the finishing touches on her dives... looking really sharp.  Cassidy is mostly working 3M right now when he comes... has a nice 405c on 3M (actually tried it on 1M, and legally landed on his face... Ha!).  Jerry is has a hot 405c, too, and even learned a new twister this week (5134d), which he will be using at Regionals.  5M vols are looking pretty sweet, too.  Kaitlyn Murphy is starting to heat up as a developmental diver, finally getting her 201c (although still shaky), and achieving her 103c, as well.  Good Job, Kaitlyn.  Julesburg is injured reserve (remnants of a serious gymnastics injury), but will be back with us shortly after Regionals.  Abby is also injured reserve (Phys Ed class injury), and could be back soon.  Sami is almost into the finishing touches stage on her 3M list, with a 105b (4.5 to 6.5 range), 205c (3 to 5 range), 305c (3.5 to 5.5 range), 405c (3.5 to 5 range), 5233d (n/a) and 5231d (4.5 to 6.5 range).  Should be a fun Regional for her.  Nick"o" snowboarded for most of the week (excellent), but before he left, he landed his first 303c on 3M, which was a long time coming.  He has been diving very well on 1M.  Amber has a full list on 3M (105c/b, 203b, 303c which she'll get this week, 404c, and 5233d).  Great stuff.  Lindsay W. is in New York (I think?).  

Cancellations:  USAFA practice is from 11a to 1:30p (not 12-3p).  All other practices will be held as scheduled.
